What is iNeed?

iNeed is a list organizer designed to make your life easier. Make a list and select the items you need. Check the items off as you get them or do them. Reset the list to start over.

Why iNeed?

• iNeed allows you to search your lists, to quickly find any item.
• iNeed lets you turn items on and off, as you need them.
• iNeed lets you share your lists with your friends and family, by:
• Text message,
• Email, or
• Export for use in their own iNeed app.
• iNeed can keep your lists synchronized across your devices using your iCloud account.

What are the requirements?

iNeed requires iOS 9 or later, and an Apple iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad.

Privacy Policy for iNeed

PCKC Information Systems, LLC ("us", "we", or "our") owns, develops and distributes iNeed (the "App"). These are our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the iNeed application.

Personal Information:

The App itself collects no Personal Information about you or your activities while using the App. However, we would appreciate it if you would share diagnostic information by turning on "Share With App Developers" in the Settings app (Settings -> Privacy -> Diagnostics & Usage -> Share With App Developers). Turning this on helps us improve the App by sending crash logs and other diagnostic data to us. The information we receive is not personally identifiable to you. Please also view the "About App Analytics & Privacy" link directly under this setting for Apple's privacy statement.

Communications with us:

If you choose to communicate with us, we may retain the communication and contact method associated with that communication (such as an email address, physical address, or phone number) so that we may respond or engage in other communications with you. This information is personally identifiable with you. Communications with us IS NOT encrypted nor stored in a secure fashion. We do not sell, rent, or disclose this information outside the company unless required to do so by law.

Communications with others:

The App allows you to send certain communications by email, text message, AirDrop or other methods. The App has no control over the transmission of the message, and you should fully understand the privacy implications of using a particular method of transmission before you send any information using that method. You can request that the App create content for sharing, such as list files. ANY APP GENERATED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ENCRYPTED BY THE APP. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ENCRYPTING THE FILE IN A MANNER WHICH SATISFIES YOU THAT YOUR DATA IS SAFE IN TRANSIT. DO NOT SEND ANY APP GENERATED CONTENT YOU REGARD AS SENSITIVE WITHOUT FIRST ENCRYPTING IT TO YOUR SATISFACTION.

iCloud:

If you chose to enable iCloud sharing, the App will store your data in iCloud so that it is accessible to all your iCloud enabled devices running the App. iCloud is a service provided by Apple, Inc. and is governed solely by their privacy policies. FILES STORED ON iCLOUD ARE NOT ENCRYPTED BY THE APP. YOU MUST BE SATISFIED THAT iCLOUD MEETS YOUR SECURITY NEEDS BEFORE USING iCLOUD. Criminal or civil misconduct:

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to report any activity or conduct that we believe is threatening, harassing, defaming or otherwise injurious to us or others, infringes on copyrights (our own or someone else's), or is perceived criminal conduct, without regard as to how it comes to our attention.

Changes To This Privacy Policy:

This Privacy Policy is effective as of Friday, July 15, 2016 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted.

We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
